Press the physical power button on your Epson L3250 printer to turn it off completely. Click on the computer screen popup.

When this counter reaches its maximum (typically around 10,000 to 15,000 pages printed), the printer will lock up and display a "Service Required" error to prevent ink leaks from the internal waste ink pads. A "Resetter" is an adjustment program that resets this counter to zero, restoring full functionality.

This is a built-in, intentional design, not a malfunction. The manufacturer expects that you will take the printer to an authorized service center where a technician can physically replace the waste ink pad and use an official service program to reset the counter.
